Fees

Our professional fees are calculated on a time spent basis based on hourly rates which depend on the degree of professional experience of the partner or associate handling the file. Upon request the specific rates that will be applied for a particular assignment will be discussed and disclosed to the client before engaging in any work.

We will also be happy to quote up front an all inclusive fixed fee estimate in those instances where this is possible.

Out of pocket expenses and exceptional travel and lodgings expenses are charged separately.

Our fees and expenses are not subject to Belgian VAT.
