Range of Application

Patrick A.A. Vanhaute is an attorney-at-law affiliated with the Bar of Antwerp (Belgium) and Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) and provides his services through the Belgian limited liability company “P. Vanhaute BVBA”.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing between the parties, the present General Terms & Conditions apply to the liaison between P. Vanhaute BVBA and the client with respect to any legal services conveyed to the client, either in Belgium or in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
